Short version: I collect as little as possible, keep it private, never sell or share it, and delete it whenever you ask.
Only what we need: your name (or a name you choose), your contact info, our signed agreement, and a brief, coded note of each session: the date, what we're working on in general terms, your next step, and that it was paid. Never the substance of what you share.
I don't write down or store the sensitive things we talk through: your history, your relationships, your mental health. We talk about them; they don't become a file.
Handled by PayPal. I never see or store your card or bank details.
To decide together whether coaching is a fit, to work well together, and to keep the light records a coaching practice needs.
Privately, in accounts only I can access, kept to a minimum. I do not sell or share your information. And the coaching itself is done by hand: I never put your details, or any anonymized version of your story, into an AI tool, and the guidance you get is mine, not something an AI generated or boosted.
You can ask what I have, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it at any time, and I will. Absent an earlier request, I keep the coded session log for a year after our last session, and the signed agreement for up to six years (the contract-claim window), then delete them.
Tell me the best way to reach you, and if you'd ever rather I not keep notes on something, just say so, and I'll follow your lead.
I keep what you share confidential, in line with recognized coaching-ethics standards (the ICF Code of Ethics and the Global Code of Ethics), with a few limits: I'll comply with a valid court order or subpoena, and if I believe there's an imminent risk of serious harm to you or someone else, I may choose to contact emergency services, as a matter of care and conscience, not because I hold any special legal duty. Coaching isn't a legally privileged relationship the way therapy or legal counsel is, so I keep only minimal, coded notes, never the substance of what we discuss.
This practice follows the confidentiality and records standards of the ICF Code of Ethics and the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors.
