Is this for you?
Coaching does real, valuable work, and it knows its limits. Being honest about both is part of doing it well.
A good fit if you want to…
- Get clear on priorities when everything feels tangled
- Change a pattern you keep repeating
- Find steadier footing in a hard relationship, with a clear-eyed ally on your side
- Move through a transition or a hard decision
- Rebuild steadier, more forward-looking habits of mind
First, let's make sure you're supported
- In crisis or immediate danger? Reach 988, or 911 / the DV Hotline 1‑800‑799‑7233 (text START to 88788) first. Then the door's open.
- Already in therapy? Welcome. Coaching alongside it is common and good.
- Need clinical care or a diagnosis? That's a licensed professional's role; I'll gladly help you find one, and we can still work the forward pieces together.
Needing therapy doesn't mean coaching can't help; the two work well side by side.
How I work, by hand. The coaching is me: a real person giving you real attention. Your details, and any anonymized version of your story, never go into an AI tool, and the guidance you get is mine, not something an AI generated or boosted. The free daily companion is a tool I hand you for your own use; it's optional, and using it has no bearing on our work together.
What I don't do, plainly. You're welcome to bring your history into the room; we just won't camp there. The work is the skills for what's next, not reworking the past. I don't diagnose, treat, or prescribe (that includes diets and supplements). If something you're carrying needs a therapist or a doctor, I'll help you find the right one, and we can keep working the forward pieces alongside their care. And because coaching isn't legally privileged the way therapy is, I keep only minimal, coded notes, never the substance of what we discuss.
